Rishi is very down to earth little man with extraordinary hidden talents. He sold my property in toughest time. He kept his words and during the time of sale provided a lot of information. He doesn't show off like other agents but stick with reality. I spoke almost every single agent of my area and found him genuine. During the sale process some of the agents tried to win back my sale if he fails and tried many techniques. I realised later this real estate funda. At one stage I lost trust on him and we sat together and had coffee and discussed all aspects. Even in tough time he was very positive but it is his personality not to show off for anything. I was quite nervous about the sale of the property so did exorbitant research to compare all agents in the area. I was also really keen on going to auction. Both reviews and friends who have used or attended Gary Peers auctions, raved about their quality, their coffee and their auctioneers. Despite being a smaller apartment sell, Gary Peer still made me feel valued, had repeated meetings with me, showed me the marketing plan, back end CRM and analysis documents I would be provided throughout the process. Rishi's enthusiasm and responsiveness assured me he'd also work as hard as possible on sale. Unfortunately a lockdown caused my second inspection to get cancelled and auction to be repeatedly postponed. With my full consent and repeated check ins, we sold before auction. Rishi managed to secure a buyer from the single viewing, exceeding the sale price by over 30k provided by other agents and my own expectations.
