Introducing Rita Malone
Rita is an accomplished and local real estate agent living at a small acreage lifestyle property in the Noosa Hinterland. She fell in love with the Sunshine Coast region and moved from Brisbane over 12 years ago and chose to make her home here and educate her three children, letting them experience the benefits of the area. This passion has inspired her to encourage others to experience the advantages of our relaxed lifestyle in this region.
Originally from the Darling Downs Rita was raised on a mixed dairy farm and this led to a natural affinity for property and in particular lifestyle properties. She enjoys looking for opportunities with properties and has a passion for seeing hidden potential and this has led to her purchasing, remodelling and building several homes including a recent renovation of a charming Queenslander at Tewantin and she has recently moved into a beautiful home at Tinbeerwah she is in the process of building with her husband.
Previously, Rita has worked in new home sales and design which has provided the ideal foundation for buying and selling homes. She also previously operated a small business and additionally has worked within the Insurance & Banking industry, so this practical experience along with her considered and warm approach serves to assist her clients in discovering creative solutions and to achieve successful outcomes.
Her goal is to draw on this professional and personal experience to make her clients real estate experience as hassle-free as possible. She demonstrates a natural determination and persistence along with skills of marketing and negotiating. This skill set combined with a proven track record of achieving premium sales results ensures both buyers and sellers receive an exceptional level of care and service.
When Rita isn’t working, she loves to participate in an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoys taking in the natural beauty of the area. She loves to listen to a good music playlist and has a goal to maintain a balance between work and home life. Rita loves learning and keeping abreast of social media marketing, goal setting, mindset and the sales process.
