He promptly responded by taking me to a nearby property which exactly suited my requirements , as to size, location and price range. Earlier dealings with other local agents had, by comparison proved more protracted and fruitless. Personally he is polite , obliging go and courteous and the one area of concern ( which was beyond his immediate control , due to the absence of relevant staff at a management Organization ) was clarified as soon as possible .
