Rob and Rachael did as they said they would with no flowery speel; straight to the point; no fuss; no excuses. Hear what their goal is for you, then let them go about achieving it. The quiet achievers matching property to buyers.

Rob and Rachel were very professional and knowledgeable of the area. They were very caring and compassionate to our needs.
Right from our first meeting Rob helped me to feel at ease and I felt confident Rob would guide and advise me This was my first time selling a home on my own I’m happy to say my experience was one of ease. My house sold quickly and for the price he said it would Rob handled everything with a professional manner. Was in constant contact. Answered all my questions and queries I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again
Rob doesn't tell you what you want to hear, he is unopinionated and is not looking for a quick solution. In contrast, he has an understated consultancy approach, takes the time to appraise a property where no easy comparisons exist, and exhibits a mannerism that ought to be the gold standard for the real estate industry. Rob's professionalism underpinned by his uncomplicated transparent approach generated multiple offers which resulted in us achieving a price in excess of our original expectations. This is the second time we have chosen the services of Robert James Realty within the last 5 years, and on both occasions, Rob and his team have exceeded our expectations.
