Both Rob & Rachel were so good through the whole selling process. The communication was great and we knew exactly how our campaign was running. One thing that really stood out was that we were never pressured into taking on low offers. The price bar was set at a certain level and Rob made sure we stuck to that level. Nothing lees was really considered.
Although it took a while to sell my home, it was a tough market and Rob and Racheal did everything they could to make my home appeal to different buyers. I sold and for an acceptable price but couldn’t fault their efforts. They also found and negotiated my new home. Very happy.
