Rob was proactive, responsive, contactable and professional for the full transaction. I would be more than happy to use Rob for any future property dealings.

Rob recognised the quality of my property and the evaluation he gave me exceeded other realtors by $100k. He only showed a handful of people through, but we received offers from most of them. He kept me well informed of everything going on and in the end had it sold for before even being advertised and for a higher price than he had valued it at. I would definitely deal with Rob in the future, and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I have been a customer for many years and have found them really open and communicative, nothing is an effort for them. They had my best interest while selling my recent property I highly recommend them

Rob was really easy to deal with. He made the whole process easy and was able to sell our home quickly. Rob achieved a great price for us. Thanks Rob

Rob was excellent throughout the entire viewing and purchasing process. I would not hesitate to use his services again to purchase or sell a property.

From the first meeting I found Rob to be genuine, friendly and knowledgeable about the local market making the decision to very easy to go on the market with Robert James. 3 open homes and we were sold. Thanks to Rob & Rachael for making the sale of our family home if 20 years stress free.

We have been very happy with Rob and Racheal; they have always been professional in their dealings with us and always been friendly in their manner. They kept us informed along the way and happy to answer our questions. Both engender confidence and have good communication skills and sales knowledge. We selected Rob and Racheal for our agents as they also have a good knowledge of Tewantin. We would recommend them to anyone selling a house.

Rob and Rachael were extremely helpful though our our buying experience, always happy to meet in person to go through any questions we had and they had a fantastic understanding of the market and what was going on around Tewantin. Highly recommend.

As this was my first experience in buying a property Rob made the whole process less daughnting and easily achievable. He was honest and gave sound advice. We will use him again in the future. Rob is quick to respond to requests, and is often a step ahead of asking anyway.

Buying an investment property in today's market can be daunting, however Rob made the experience far less stressful. Rob is knowledgable regarding current market conditions and is able to communicated this confidently and in a friendly manner. Rob was present during the building and pest inspection with me and when I needed further clarification regarding this property he was prompt in providing this information to me. I would strongly recommend Rob as a highly professional agent to anyone seeking to buy an investment property. I have also engaged Rob's agency to manage this property for me.

Super easy to deal with, got the ball rolling and was happy to answer my many questions!

Once again Rob and Racheal from Robert James have done a great job. The sale process was quick and easy and the price was achieved as promised. Professional and trustworthy, I would highly recommend!
