Very happy with the house. Communication was quick, and got us through the place at short notice. However let slip things you shouldn't say to a buyer - like how the vendor got a 'good price', and derogatory unprofessional email about vendors. Unfortunately received a flyer in our new home from the business, boasting in bold letters about the 'record price' for the area and how our agent was an 'expert negotiator'. Not what a recent buyer wants to hear.
