We would like to take the time to express our thanks to Rob Cappuccio. We considered two agencies when we embarked on the sale process and decided to engage Rob as we appreciated Rob’s honesty and his assessment of the current market value of our home. Whilst his valuation was close to others we had received we thought that his assessment and background research of recent sales in the area had more meaning and substance to his valuation and potential sale value. Robs communication and organisational skills made the week prior to our home being listed on Allhomes very easy, from the photographs being taken, the building reports being booked and the For Sale board being erected Rob’s schedule happened without a hitch. We had chosen to sell our home by auction, as we had never sold at Auction before we did not know what to expect and found this a little daunting.
