Rob was a thorough professional throughout the whole marketing and selling process. From the first inspection to auction day and all the inspections in between, Rob's attitude and demeanor was fresh, positive and relaxed. He knew the property inside/out and the local residential market. On inspections, Rob was also within earshot if you had a question to ask - not too close and not too far away. On auction day, there was no pressure at all from Rob, friendly chat; he knew if someone was interested or not, no need for any prodding or exerting pressure to buy. A genuinely decent person and agent; a delight to deal with.

Having originally purchased our home from Rob, we decided to use Rob when it came time to sell. He has a strong knowledge of the Woden area and provided comparisons of similar sales. He was able to meet when it suited us (even on his day off) and was available to discuss over the phone any concerns we had. Not being present for the final part component of the sale, including the auction, Rob kept us up to date with how the inspections were going and was on the phone during the auction giving live updates.
