He will not turn over your house as quickly as possible, very strategic, and will work to getting the best price even if it takes longer. Rob and Andrew work together and limit the number of houses they are working on to a handful so they can provide responsive and professional service. We had a 5 week campaign as they suggest going to auction if that is in clients best interest. The selling experience was made easy for us and we got great advice. We got our price in a very difficult market.
