We were dealing with a few stressful life events in the lead up to the house being ready for the campaign and during it, Rob was always a clam friendly face, which was reassuring. He was also able to recommend some great people to help prep the house. He also kept us well up to date, his feed back was honest and he really did want the best for us as vendors. Rob was personable, helpful & made every attempt to answer all our questions / fulfil our needs during the initial open house stages. He even gave my husband an umbrella when he'd lost one at another open, sure a sales thing to do but no one else did. Rob had great knowledge of the property in question & surrounding properties / areas. He was attentive but not overbearing or too pushy at any time, as many agents can come across. He never felt like that stereotypical false real estate agent which was refreshing. He felt honest & open with his communication. From a buyers perspective he was great & I can only imagine he would be the same from the other side.
