I interviewed three agents and each time they seemed to come across better. Rob was the last agent I met with and I selected to work with as he wasn't pushy, let his results do the talking but not in an arrogant way, he was genuine and gave me tips around open times that he could advise on cause he knew the area. Even though Jellis Craig was more expensive I felt like they would nurture the leads better and do a more professional job of the campaign. Which I believe they did. Come auction day again Rob wasn't pushy about reserve prices. I would have like to know upfront that someone else would do a lot of the leg work. But I felt comfortable that Rob was across everything and if I was concerned he would be available to assist.
