Yes that's right. I wouldn't look any further than this man right here. He sold our house in Brunswick West and whilst obviously we wanted to achieve the best price possible, it was also very important to us that we have a good relationship with our sales agent. We won on both accounts. Not only did Rob and his team excel on auction day, we had a great relationship with them through the whole process. This was our first home sale and the team were professional, efficient and organised everything for us. This was no easy task as we were living interstate, clueless and the property was tenanted. This included cleaning, repairs, styling, conveyancing and managing the tenants as well as the sale of our house. Everyone was friendly, very personable and genuine and the result was smiles on our faces and $$$ in the bank. These guys earned their commission and I would recommend them to everyone. I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with Rob and his team. They followed up and replied to every telephone call and text enquiry without fail and in a timely manner. I appreciated the assistance of their in house stylist as to how to prepare the house. This was a bonus I did not anticipate. One of the shocks i received during the campaign was the fact that at no time was I subject to a conditioning process as far as far as price expectations were concerned. In fact I was recommended to increase my reserve on the day!!!! Another bonus was Rob's sense of humour. It made a stressful situation much more bearable particularly during the auction when Rob came to chat mid way through the auction. Now to show I am balanced I need to mention an area of improvement. I did not like the add copy and required a number of changes encountering resistance along the way. It lacked imagination and call to action which I believe are esentuial. I decided on Rob and his team over proposals from other agents because of his straightforward approach. No hype, no unrealistic promises and no fancy cars. When issues did arise he stepped in and sorted it quickly. My property was not one with universal appeal but he was able to match it to potential buyers and achieve a genuine result which was slightly better than my expectations.

We met Rob two years ago when we were planning to put our apartment on the market, following the purchase of a house in the country. At the time, the market was flat and as we'd paid top dollar for the property during the 'boom' in 2010, we stood to lose money rather than make money. From the outset Rob was realistic about the price he thought we would achieve (much more so than other agents) and when we realised we could afford to rent it out for a couple of years, he didn't try to encourage us to sell. We achieved a strong result in a tricky apartment market in Brunswick thanks to their work. I found Rob to be genuine, honest and upfront. A real person rather than a sales person. If that's what you are looking for in an agent, then I'd highly recommend.

Rob was our agent when we sold our warehouse conversion in Brunswick. We found him very likeable and his style was a good fit for the property - he "got" the demographic to which our property appealed. While we were disappointed with the final sale price, Rob negotiated hard to get the best price from our small market.
