Rob Fletcher and the Fletchers team were informative and extremely hard working during the five week advertising campaign in the lead up to a very well attended auction with many serious bidders. Rob had estimated the value of the property before we listed and the end result was 10k over, not bad for a 6 million dollar property! This was at the top end of our expectations. Everything went to plan and a great result was achieved.
