Our house was listed for some time with Bega Valley Realty but Rob’s persistence finally paid off and it was recently sold. His communication was good, keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. Rob’s many years of experience in real estate was well demonstrated.

Presentation and marketing of the property were first class. Towards the finalisation of the sale communications were poor and we felt we were the detrius at the end of the chain. Clearer explanation of the proceedings would have allayed much of the trauma we suffered. Thankfully all seems to have been completed to our satisfaction.

We first met Rob when he was selling a house that interested us at the time we put our property on the market in 2024. Rob kept in touch regularly and fast forward another 11 months -with no sale for us, and our dream property sold - Rob became our agent! So, we had found a property we wanted to buy, and it seemed that we had a buyer for our property. Happy days? Ah no. With nothing in writing from our buyer, and a deposit paid on our new home, we were forced to play the waiting game. Rob had assured us that the buyer was genuine though, and he was right! All the same, everyone was hugely relieved when a deposit was paid after two months of worry. In summary Rob Flynn is your agent with flair!
