Presentation and marketing of the property were first class. Towards the finalisation of the sale communications were poor and we felt we were the detrius at the end of the chain. Clearer explanation of the proceedings would have allayed much of the trauma we suffered. Thankfully all seems to have been completed to our satisfaction.
We first met Rob when he was selling a house that interested us at the time we put our property on the market in 2024. The video presentation of our property was the best we have ever seen so it was a disappointment that it didn't sell immediately. However Rob and his team were solid and supportive and held many opens as well as private inspections. When the property finally sold, the buyer kept delaying Settlement (all told, 7 times). Through all this delay Rob kept us fully informed and kept the pressure on the purchaser to complete the contract. We have no hesitation in recommending Rob as a highly professional agent.

Rob Flynn is the man you want for selling in the Bega Valley, he’s quirky, innovative and maybe just a little mad, ( joking). There wasn’t one moment I had to worry about anything, he had it all covered even down to my award winning sale video of my home, even my bulldog made a cameo appearance in the video, Rob and his team were the first agents in town that thought outside the box, while the others were taking photos and doing viewing’s, these trailblazers were producing video’s, jumping in pools, driving old convertibles, featuring livestock, making the videos fun and relatable to everyone you name it they were doing it, even amongst all that fun I got a lot of professionalism, care, great advice and I got my asking price, so if your selling it’s definitely a no brainer, thanks to you and your crazy bunch
