It is not easy to sell a home that has been in the family for 49 years. Rob's friendly and supportive approach made the experience not only tolerable but stress free and enjoyable. From the start of the sale process I felt I could trust Rob to provide sound advice and to execute on the basis of that advice. I was not disappointed. Rob's initial estimate of the property value was validated by the eventual sale price. His communication around progress of the sale was frequent, detailed and much appreciated. Throughout the entire process I felt fully informed and expertly advised. There were no "blind spots" or "grey areas". I recommend highly Rob and his team to anyone who is selling in Hobart.

I had done some research on which agents seemed to be achieving good sales results in my suburb. Rob’s name was right up there and my first meeting with him gave me the feeling that he was a no-nonsense operator who knew the market and could communicate to people on their level. When the time came to list, after considering some other options, I chose Rob who was able to deliver a better than expected result in a short period of time. As I was interstate following the signing of the contract, Rob had been extremely helpful in making sure everything proceeds well through to settlement.

Rob uses his great local knowledge to highlight the advantages of the home he is selling. He is responsive and was willing to attend the property several times to allow us additional inspections. Being interstate buyers, this was incredibly helpful. He has an easy, relaxed approach so you don't feel under pressure.

Rob was very responsive to questions and able to give accurate professional market advice. His communication skills were extremely good. He negotiated with skilfulness and professionalism. His team and himself at Harcourt's Hobart worked tirelessly to ensure that the one open home went without a hitch and additional visits were handled very well.
