Rob was very obliging when I wanted to inspect the apartment, teeing up another time to view it with my family, as well as organising my pre-settlement inspection

Had Rob not reached out to me my Property would probably still be languishing on the market! Great advertising, pleasant manner and kept me up to date with any activity without me needing to ask. Highly recommend. Sold in less than 3 weeks 👌👌👌

With Robs extensive knowledge of rural properties, our property was sold in no time at all. It was an easy and great experience

Helped us secure a property in Sunshine Bay. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Rob and his team. Had a great experience in selling our land .

I found Rob Routledge a pleasure to deal with Right from the word go he was helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the property I was looking for Even though the first one wasn’t suitable he spent the time with me and showed me a couple more One was perfect !! My circumstances where a little different But he negotiated a price and a late settlement Which suited both myself and the sellers Rob as far as I was concerned went above and beyond and was always in contact with me just to touch base about the sale I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Rob and certainly would use him again

Working with Rob has been a dream - great communication on all aspects of the sale and solid advice on the best way forward for both the buyer and seller. I would recommend Rob to any prospective client !

We found Rob to be a courteous and approachable. It was a pleasure to work with Rob and to get our house sold.

5/5 Stars Fantastic experience working with Rob

Rob very quickly and very professionally helped me to conclude a contract to buy a house.

We selected Rob , for his natural & easy going manner. Right from start he showed excellent communication skills. Rob explained the market process , & gave spot on valuation . The advertising he used was top level. He went to trouble of emailing all our expenses involved in advertising & sale commission---ect . We thank Rob for his communication skills & professionalism---which resulted in successful sale of our property.
