Robert was excellent in his appraisal of our property. He went above and beyond expectations. We sold in covid 19 extreme conditions, Robert covered all bases and only showed people that were buyers, no tyre kickers. We would recommend Robert and his team to sell your property, if you want a trouble free experience.
Rob is a no-nonsense agent who has good knowledge of the local area and the market. Rob gauges the market and sets property prices to sell, and this benefits buyer and seller alike. Rob is also flexible and makes himself available for inspections and settlement.
Rob was spot on from the word go, keeping us informed and updated after open houses and on the whole sales process. We couldn't be happier with the service received from Rob Routledge and to sell for an amazing price before Auction was even better. You will be looked after if you choose Rob as your agent.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Rob. He is very honest and committed to his job.
In the last three years Rob has sold eight properties for me, being both houses and vacant land, and has always been right at the top of his game, responding to any request that I make immediately and thoroughly. He studies the market closely, and provides me with up to date information whenever I list a property with him. I value his advice highly. Rob appears to build an instant rapport with prospective purchasers, his easy going and straight talking manner quickly gaining respect and trust. He is an excellent negotiator, always calm and never pushy, just a gentle straight shooter. Rob has my full confidence and will get the listings for many more properties that I'll have coming onto the market in future years.
Rob Always kept us fully informed of progress and always acted professionally. His market estimate for the block was spot on and we achieved a better outcome than we were expecting. No fuss professional service. Thanks much.
Rob had sold a property for me, he only came to me when he had a prospective purchaser that he new would follow through with the sale . Thanks Rob for your service.
We have no hesitation to recommend Rob as his customer service was very professional and supportive throughout our land sale journey. He understood the potential of our property and was able to market our property reflecting this. He was great to deal with and gave us sound advice which shows his vast experience in this industry.
Rob and the LJ Hooker team were very helpful with the purchase, especially with the restrictions that COVID-19 placed on dealing with the Vendors. Happy to use them again.
Rob was great to deal with, he was courteous and knowledgeable about South Coast properties, he returned calls and emails promptly and efficiently and was trustworthy in all his dealings.
We found Rob to be very friendly and more than happy to take on board anything we suggested. He had a lot of knowledge and experience to bring to the table. He had a lot of great ideas and nothing was too much for him to do. Without him we would not have got the result we did.
