Rob Szosta's original approach to me regarding a possible sale of my home was very much appreciated. It was a pleasure to work with Rob! He is a very experienced, calm and patient individual who can mange difficult dynamics with clients which was very helpful. He knew what was renovations were not important and advised to save costs and helped find good contractors to style and minimize costs. Above all he is a great negotiator especially during these lockdown times when online auctions are not effective, and when prices are negotiated at pre-auction, his skills and expertise was fantastic!
