One would expect when you engage an agent, that your engaging a salesman who is there for a commission. I always felt there is a conflict of interest. An agent knows the price your willing to sell at, if they secure a purchaser who is prepared to pay the price, why would they work harder to achieve a better price beyond what the vendor is prepared to receive? After all the extra money they would earn in commission is minimal. Rob is about service and total client satisfaction. Rob not only has the experience, the skills and the results, he cares.
