So OUR estate agent, abandoned our needs on settlement date and now batted for the buyers team who were giving them new business. On submitting complaints about a number of bad practices, Rob Westwood provides only arrogant responses and had no time to assist me in any way. They had their commission and wanted nothing further to do with me as a client. They will be your loyal best friend until you accept an offer. After that, expect to be tossed aside.
