It is important to be comfortable with one's agent, and Rob Westwood struck up a great rapport from the start. He also has many years in the business and knows the Werribee area well. His knowledge of underlying property values and trends serves him well in guiding expectations of the vendor (and presumably potential buyers). His skills as an auctioneer on the day were impressive in extracting the best offer. First National as a whole managed the process leading up to auction in a highly organised way. keeping the vendor informed at every step.
