I have to say this is the worst property purchase experience that I ever had. I am base in Sydney, I am recently interesting in property in Melbourne. I have spoken to Rob that I was interest in 3 properties and I have asked his to email me three contracts. AT the end I did not receive any of it. I never receive any phone calls from Rob even though I have left message on his mobile number. Even though I bought the property in 15 Smeaton ave Hoppers Crossing. I am still not satisfy with his service. I gave him an offer on Friday afternoon 13/1/2017 . He did not replay me or call me regarding the offer. I called Rob on Saturday 14/1 to find out the result of the offer, he told me the owner need to think about it. There were no any communication at all until late Sunday, It would be better if Rob would give me a call to update the progression of the process. After the successful offer I still have to ask him twice to have the rental appraisal. Until now I still have not receive a receipt for the $42,000 deposit that I paid.
Rob Westwood does not mess around if you are a serious buyer than he will definitely get you into your first second or third home, I purchased my first home through Rob Westwood and the whole experience was very stress free and smooth, as a first home buyer it was very reassuring to know I had an agent there with me every step of the way and he was only ever a phone call away if I had any questions.
