Rob made the whole process of purchasing an investment property easy. He was prompt in providing documents, arranging after hours inspections and responding to queries in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rob when buying or selling a property.

Rob was great. He kept us informed, he was realistic, he delivered exactly what he said he would and subsequently we were very impressed. We would happily recommend him.

Timely and accurate info. Prompt action and response. Rob maintained our confidence regardless of never meeting face-to-face as we live in another state. Certainty would recommend him as a solid resource.

Very professional in every way, always punctual and organised, easily contactable at any time. Extremely knowledgeable about what purchasers want and expect to pay. Friendly, polite and we would recommend him to anyone and we will use Westwoods again.

Rob went out of his way to help us with the sale of our home...he knew what he was talking about and sold it as quick as possible! Very friendly and reliable.

Rob knows the prices of property in this area with the end sale price being right in the middle of his range, which I might add was more than I thought I'd get. Good service and always kept us informed. Well done very pleased

I recently placed my property on the market to sell & choose Rob Westwood from First National as my Real Estate agent to sell my property on my behalf I found him to be very friendly & approchable & he was always very professional keeping me up to date on all areas of the sale process.I would highly recommend Rob Westwood as a real estate agent if you are considering selling or buying property.

We couldn't be happier with our whole experience with rob. From the moment he met with us it was evident his confidence and professionalism comes from years of experience in a successful business. Rob was very informative and explained what we needed to know and made it stress free for first home sellers. Our end result was exceptional resulting in a sale within a week and $35k over top asking price. We are absolutely astounded with the sale. We will be recommending rob Westwood to anyone we know who needs to buy or sell in the future.

Selling your home is a very personal experience. Handing control of your property requires a high level of trust. I had confidence in Rob and his team, based not only on his reputation, but the long standing of the Westwood family in Wyndham real estate.

Of the agents we 'interviewed', Rob gave us the best vibe and left us with a confidence that we were going to sell our home promptly and for a good price. We felt our home was marketed very well, and were pleased that 11 parties inspected on the first Saturday, and a further 9 the following day. It sold within a fortnight of going online, at a price that exceeded our expectations. Rob and his team have provided excellent advice, information and service, both before and after the sale. We would not hesitate to recommend Rob and First National to others

When deciding on an agent to sell my property I researched agents in my area and shortlisted 3 agents whom I interviewed, Rob Westwood from First National Real Estate presented his company in professional manner with a no nonsense approach that was tailored to suit my property, everything that I was told by Rob happened and my property sold within 30 days of first listing. At all times I was kept informed regarding people attending my open houses and comments that may have been made. I am positive that the marketing strategy customised for my property achieved this result. Thank you Rob Westwood and the team at First National Westwood Real Estate. Les Schmidt
