Buying a house is one of the most stressful things that can happen in your life, but Rob and Melissa made our journey extremely easy and stress free. Melissa, in particular, responded to each and every one of our questions and queries regarding the property usually getting back to us in the same day. Our "settlement package" was awesome. Not only did it include all the information we could possibly want regarding Hervey Bay, but also electoral enrolment forms and, to top if off, a great voucher for dinner at Wild Lotus.
