We were very happy overall with Rob, especially his communication which was excellent. We felt that we were always "in the loop" during our sale process. The one thing we felt could be improved was that we were advised to take the first offer and, in hindsight, we probably should have pushed for a bit more particularly as we were agreeing to a 90 day settlement with conditions. However, the sale came through in the end so all ended well..

I was initially going to list my property with another agent in Hervey Bay until I was asked to start making payments to the marketing plan.This was going to be difficult as I had no funds at all.
