Our property took a longer time-frame than expected to sell, Robbie remained upbeat and positive and a pleasure to deal with throughout the extended process. After the property sold with an extended settlement of 120 - 180 days I was set back by not having realised that the deposit is held in trust until final settlement date, I wish that had been made clear as I would have liked to have had discourse to include release of a larger portion of deposit in negotiations. At the last minute when I found out Robbie secured a small release of which I'm grateful. Everything else was great. Final settlement is still to be attained.
