Our property was listed With Robbie Dunn towards the end of 2019 but did not sell until mid 2021. In that period we had the Banking Royal Commission, a drought, bush fires floods and Covid 19. The property is somewhat unique (we would say beautiful) but may have been seen by some as highly priced given its location. Despite these issues Robbie worked hard as our agent to market the property. He displayed considerable market knowledge and was able to tell us of sales made in the district and details of other properties which might have been seen as comparable. He approached agents in other parts of Sydney in the hope that they may have interested prospective purchasers. Robbie was diligent in his attempts to find a buyer and encouraged us when at times we became disheartened by the time it took to sell. He was professional at all times and helpful in many ways not directly connected to a the sale such as assisting in arranging for the purchaser to indicate what items of furniture, household items and farm machinery the purchaser may be interested in buying. At a time when it appears fashionable to criticize agents we must say that we cannot fault Robbie's service to us as our agent.
