We first engaged Robbie to sell our block of land 3 years ago after trying Hastings Street agents and their grand promises. We found Robbie to be very transparent and attentive to our requirements. He is an excellent communicator and kept us well informed with at least weekly updates on the progress of our proposed sale. Robbie’s knowledge of the local market and experience opened doors up to offers we had not seen before with other agents. Robbie got us better offers than we had received before with Hastings Street agents but we made a decision to wait until the market improved. Earlier this year Robbie approached us again, after keeping in touch over the past two years, and said that the market was improving and that he thought he could find a buyer at our required price. Within a very short space of time we found ourselves with an offer close to our target price. Through Robbies excellent negotiation skills we received an offer which exceeded our target price after many hours and negotiating between the parties concerned. The offer was not without its complications as it depended upon the sale of the purchaser’s property going through. We had our concerns but Robbie understood these and gave us the reassurances that we needed to accept a long settlement (120 days). Furthermore this was all negotiated remotely across State borders whilst we were in Lockdown. During the period after the contract had been signed leading up to Settlement, Robbie and his office kept in touch with us. We found that Robbie’s transparency, knowledge of the local market and his negotiating skills were key to getting our land sold at our Target price. We would definitely do business with him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a passionate agent with the tools to deliver prices beyond expectations.
