Neller Real-estate @ Peregian Beach is top shelf. I am from Sydney and was looking to buy in this desirable location, preferably with off market properties. I had some criteria's that needed to be met, and the entire team delivered. The experience was great from my first call with Robbie, to dealing directly with Joel who was looking after a number of properties. Joel called me to chat after hours, advised me of some off market opportunities he had, and got me into view one I was specifically interested in, with a tight timeframe as my plane was leaving. We ended up buying this property, Joel stayed in regular contact with me, was genuine with his answers to me, and what impressed me most was his service post purchasing. Once the property had gone unconditional and the house was ours, I think Joel has called me 3 times to check in and see if there is anything he can help me with. WOW, this doesn't exist in the real-estate "SALES" game. They normally leave you high and dry and you cant speak to them again. I was amazed and so happy that the property that we bought was listed through Neller. The experience, local knowledge and service was fantastic, so I have given the property to Neller to manage the property as a rental. This team is also impressing atm. Robbie has a very thorough and complete knowledge of the local area sales. He has an extremely good team who work with him and provide all the backup feedback and support that a vendor requires.
