When we were ready to sell our first home we contacted a number of local agents to inspect the property and provide an appraisal. We experienced some less than desirable interactions with others who appeared uninterested in our property and had brought with print outs of comparable properties in black and white with a time stamp of 5 minutes prior to their arrival. Not surprisingly on our appointment with Robbie we were apprehensive opening the door, but this was put at ease almost instantly with his professional appearance, energetic greeting and his exclamation at what a great place we had. Before he even began speaking business with us he genuinely took an interest in our place providing compliments, taking a tour around like a friend would on their first visit to your new home. From here it only got better, he was very informative about the process and did not provide us with an appraisal on the spot, rather doing more in depth research before meeting with us a second time to provide us with our genuine appraisal which we were very pleased with.
