When we were ready to sell our first home we contacted a number of local agents to inspect the property and provide an appraisal. We experienced some less than desirable interactions with others who appeared uninterested in our property and had brought with print outs of comparable properties in black and white with a time stamp of 5 minutes prior to their arrival.
