We selected Robby because of the good ratings he had received from past sellers. He presents as an energetic and ambitious sales agent, he offered the highest sales target compared to other agents and therefore I was somewhat hesitant to select him. I am glad that I did as he hit his target in one week and achieved a street record. His ambition surprised me but he delivered.
