Robert & Felix helped us to settle the property. The whole settlement experience is pretty smooth. Felix is responsive when handover from last owner. The only thing that was very below our expectation is their signage wasnt removed after even 2 weeks of settlement, even worst the signage was blocking car park gate that means our cars weren’t be able to get in after 2 or 3 weeks. The contractor eventually didn’t remove signage perfectly but it’s okay we can fix by ourselves. Neverthless I wasn’t planning to put this down but “ratemyagent” has kept sending emails to remind me of this story so I thought I should write down to stop the emails.😅😅😂😂
