After 14 years living in th same unit it was hard to sell up and leave after having accumulated lots of loved possessions especially as we would be leaving the unit and flying immediately overseas. Robert helped us through the process following a year of decluttering and guided me as to how to make the unit look presentable and yet still livable and facilitated us remaining in the unit after settlement with a special lease arrangement between the buyers solicitor and our conveyancer. At a time there was a hint of interest rises which dampened the market and I was to lower expectations but I think Robert was able to read the market and get a good price for me in a fairly short time with least inconvenience onle having to leave the unit for half an hour twice a week for a few weeks. Robert was always very pleasant and had a cheerful demeanor. Robert kept me informed as he negotiated on price with potential buyers and kept my hopes up when there seemed to be a lack of interest. Overall Robert and Cooper working as a team were very professional, had a lot of local knowledge, helped me through a difficult time and I felt I could relate to Robert as a friend.
