Rob will listen to his clients and is not forceful in his input or advice. He has strong and helpful advice in his arsenal, but at the end of the day, he will always look at the position of the client/s. Rob is a very cheerful guy, and is always there to relieve the tensions in what can be a very emotional and stressful time.
