Whilst the Agent is paid by the Seller, its good to deal with someone who genuinely tries to assist and satisfy the buyer as well as the seller. Rob was good to deal with - always answered calls/rang back, was proactive in communicating my needs to the seller, and is still keen to make sure everything is OK even though we took possession over a week ago.
