Rob was warm and friendly in communication with me and my family. He answered all the questions we had clearly and explained the process well. Rob made suggestions for how the property could look at its best. It was a nervous time going to auction but he guided us through the process in a professional and courteous manner.

From the first visit to the home, both Robert and Maria were on the money when viewing the property and giving advise to best support the sale of the home. Unfortunately, my siblings didn't what to listen to the expert advise and therefore the sale of the property was longer than necessary.
