He does have a competent team who would ensure the house is best prepared for sale. He is a cool negotiator and soft spoken. I found the whole process of selling a stress-free experience. A professional agent with great communication, and definitely put in the time and effort to sell our unit. However, the actual selling price was well below the price the agent predicted at the beginning, which made for a disappointing but necessary result in the end
