We had been looking for a Townhouse in this estate for a while. Originally we contacted Robert to view a Townhouse which was advertised for sale, but upon contacting him the property was already under contract. So we were quite disappointed as we were very keen on that townhouse. Robert advised that there might be another coming on the market soon and let us know some details like the floorplan etc so we could determine if we would be interested. It dragged on for a while as the owner was not quite ready to accept inspections and put it on the market. Robert did his best to keep us informed during this time. Once the owner decided at accept inspections from potential buyers Robert was quick to organise an open house. Anyway we ended up getting a contract on it and Robert had been honest that there were other buyers also offering a contract. If you call Robert, he maybe busy but he always calls you back within a few hours. He and Susie are very helpful and certainly not the pushy salesperson types at all, you feel no pressure with them. Having dealt with many agents over the years I can say that Robert and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Its a small team, but they all care about the business and their customers.
