I have put off writing this review, only because I want to be able to say the right words in how amazing Robert was in selling our property. My parents have previously used Robert and he came highly recommended. From us meeting with Robert to sign him as our agent, to us having the final contract on our house happened in about a month. We could not have asked for a better outcome or end result in the sale price. During the whole process, Robert was very clear,helpful and prompt with communicating everything we needed to know. We also appreciated all the calls he made to us. He would ring before an open for inspection and again after the open inspection. Robert also sent through data to us after open for inspections to see people's comments or queries about our property. This was our first time selling a property and we're grateful for such a wonderful experience from Robert and the team at Dean Property Team. We could not recommend him enough to anyone wishing to sell a property!

We had been looking for a Townhouse in this estate for a while. Originally we contacted Robert to view a Townhouse which was advertised for sale, but upon contacting him the property was already under contract. So we were quite disappointed as we were very keen on that townhouse. Robert advised that there might be another coming on the market soon and let us know some details like the floorplan etc so we could determine if we would be interested. It dragged on for a while as the owner was not quite ready to accept inspections and put it on the market. Robert did his best to keep us informed during this time. Once the owner decided at accept inspections from potential buyers Robert was quick to organise an open house. Anyway we ended up getting a contract on it and Robert had been honest that there were other buyers also offering a contract. If you call Robert, he maybe busy but he always calls you back within a few hours. He and Susie are very helpful and certainly not the pushy salesperson types at all, you feel no pressure with them. Having dealt with many agents over the years I can say that Robert and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Its a small team, but they all care about the business and their customers.
