We bought a very modest property through Rob Dolan, but you could have been mistaken into thinking it was worth over the million dollar mark – because that was the level of service we received. It by far out-weighted any commission he could possibly have received for the sale. He is, quite simply, a people person. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think Rob enjoys being part of a win/win situation. I understand he was working for the vendor, and I know without a doubt that he worked hard on their behalf! However, as a purchaser, I am happy that we paid a fair price too. Rob knew we had already shortlisted other suitable properties, through other agencies. However, despite that, when he understood our needs, he quietly sourced a property he thought would suit us.
