We bought a very modest property through Rob Dolan, but you could have been mistaken into thinking it was worth over the million dollar mark – because that was the level of service we received. It by far out-weighted any commission he could possibly have received for the sale. He is, quite simply, a people person. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think Rob enjoys being part of a win/win situation. I understand he was working for the vendor, and I know without a doubt that he worked hard on their behalf! However, as a purchaser, I am happy that we paid a fair price too. Rob knew we had already shortlisted other suitable properties, through other agencies. However, despite that, when he understood our needs, he quietly sourced a property he thought would suit us. It did. He is an excellent communicator, who actively listened to us, and then acted on it. He was patient while we made up our minds. He kept in touch, in a low-key and friendly way. He was honest and transparent in his dealings with us. There was never a feeling of being pressured into buying. Rob’s style of selling is really effective – but his personal integrity is an even greater attribute. Well done Robert Dolan.
