We engaged Rob to sell our house, it was an easy decision for us as we have bought and sold with Rob before. Weekly (or more) phone calls keep you updated to interest in your property sale, which as a vendor we think is important, as it gives you the opportunity to talk about directions your sale may have to take, to be successful. Our sale took a while, but in the end sold close to what we wanted, which again, was possibly due to Rob's follow-up calls to all parties, ( old and new) that showed interest in our property. We would use Rob again if the occasion for us to buy or sell arises again.
