Weekly (or more) phone calls keep you updated to interest in your property sale, which as a vendor we think is important, as it gives you the opportunity to talk about directions your sale may have to take, to be successful. Our sale took a while, but in the end sold close to what we wanted, which again, was possibly due to Rob's follow-up calls to all parties, ( old and new) that showed interest in our property. We would use Rob again if the occasion for us to buy or sell arises again.
