Robert was really responsive to questions and suggestions, he went above and beyond in accommodating us and our schedules and did a wonderful job in building interest in the property, and securing a price and terms that we were more than happy with. He’s really knowledgeable, a great communicator, and clearly loves what he does. His work made what is usually a stressful process feel really straightforward, positive, and clear.

Robert was to the point and offered a realistic view of what my property could be sold for. He worked hard to get the right buyer and provided professional advice whether to accept a bid or not. In reflection, the property was sold for slightly overs. That can be attributed to Robert.

Robert is a dynamic agent. We put our unit on the market the week before Christmas and were surprised when Robert told us that he was confident he could sell our unit before Christmas. We just thought that was agent 'talk' and we believe our unit would take 2-3 months to sell as previous sales in our block. The unit was sold in four days, and we got our offer before Christmas. Robert was always in touch with us regarding every step of the sale and also was there at any time if we had questions. We highly recommend Robert and will be reaching out to him in the future if we need to buy/sell.
