Robert is a dynamic agent. We put our unit on the market the week before Christmas and were surprised when Robert told us that he was confident he could sell our unit before Christmas. We just thought that was agent 'talk' and we believe our unit would take 2-3 months to sell as previous sales in our block. The unit was sold in four days, and we got our offer before Christmas.
