Be careful

Be very careful with this company. I negotiated a commission that they rejected. A week later they came to me and wanted the listing and accepted the commission. During the sale process he kept saying how much time and effort was involved with the sale. Then he hit me with wanting to lift the commission to reflect the work he was doing. I refused and then he became hostile. Calling me a child which i have in a text message. This is a new low for real estate agents. Be very careful.
