Rained and Horne were not our first choice of agent to sell our house and find a new place for us.Unfortunatelythis was a very bad decision and the whole experience quite unsatisfactory. I had met Robert Hall prior to this experience and called him to explain where we were and if he would take over and try salvage our situation.He did and successfully sold our property,19 Wyralla Crescent,at a price quite close to what we expected.He also found us a property that in most respects fitted our specification and we have since bought this property. We found Robert very easy to work with, he enjoys a laugh ,and most times available, if not available a prompt response to a message could be expected .His programme of " Open House" was comprehensive, and at no time did he let us down when a time had been arranged. Robert had some annual leave getting towards the end of our negotiations and we were surprised when we had a couple of calls from Robert keeping us up to date with the latest developments. We have had some contact with Roberts colleagues both in the field and office and have been extended the same courtesies that he had extended to us. In conclusion a very professional , and enjoyable , experience.
