I have lived in Sunraysia all my life and I really can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else. Raised on a horticultural property, I learned all the aspects of running a fruit block and this hands on experience has helped give me the Rural aspect of Real Estate and hence elected as Chair of the Rural & Regional Chapter for First National Real Estate in 2014. My passions in life are my wife Carolyn, children Danella, Brittney and Shaun, grandson Paradise and my sport. I was a premiership player with Red Cliffs Football Club in 1983, coached football, cricket and basketball at both senior and junior levels and life member of the Mildura Junior Football Club. I am also a very keen fisherman. Like many real estate agents, I didn't start in the real estate industry. The first 12 years of my career were spent as a qualified Carpenter & Joiner. This experience plus my local knowledge, opened the path to my career in real estate which began in 1993. My goal is to provide my clients with the highest quality service, strive to get the best result possible and to make their real estate experience a pleasant and memorable one. I have sold over 200 millions of dollars worth of property and have been awarded several National and State achiever awards. As a Director of the company I am directly responsible for real estate sales, manager of the Rural division and senior sales manager. I'm proud to be a long standing member of the National Award winning First National Collie & Tierney Real Estate team.

3 Kiewa Avenue, Red Cliffs Victoria 3496 . Sale of a block of land.

After making a decision to sell a block of land I own in Red Cliffs ( I live interstate). I contacted Robert Stephens of Collie and Tierney Mildura, within two hours he was visiting my parents who were overseeing the sale of the land. From the word go Robert Stephens kept me and my parents informed of the process for the sale of the land from advertising, conveyancing and the on line auction process. We were all included in watching the process of the on line auction, at the conclusion the land did not sell. Robert Stephens then explained about moving forward with the marketing of the land . Robert Stephens gave myself and my parents weekly reports about what was happening with the progress with the sale of the land and giving us sound advise. The block of land sold within three months from the date first advertised. Robert Stephens has made the the process of the sale free of stress, easy to understand and more importantly negotiated a price for the sale of the land that I was comfortable with. A win for all parties involved. Myself and my parents recommend Robert J. Stephens to anyone . It has been a pleasure to work with him, a very professional sales person.

Robert made the whole process so easy!

From our first meeting Robert worked with us through the whole process. Robert was always contactable and kept us informed. Robert was right on the money from estimated value to using open negotiation. Robert's negotiating skills were invaluable and achieved a great price for our property.

Rob was fantastic to deal with through the sales process. He is very knowledgeable regarding the local market and managed to achieve a sales price beyond my expectations.
